Ready for Spring!

Bring it on! I'm getting tired of the cold windy Iowa days. We warmed up a little last week enough to get a few fun walks in. I am excited for warm weather. Hopefully we will get a little in Colorado next week! We are looking forward to seeing perhaps the whole family! Thanks for coming to Brighton while we're there guys. Jordan is almost done with the classes he is taking. It has been a long week for him with 3 exams in the last 3 days. I think he's looking forward to starting some new ones. He has been working so hard between work, school, cub scouts, and taking care of Brynlee while I'm at work or sleeping. I sure love and appreciate him.

Brynlee has a bit of heliophobia...thought the shades might help. I think she might just need a little more exposure!

Jordan tells me all of the time that I take too many pictures....I want to know how you can possibly have too many pictures! Especially in these days of digital, you only have to pay for what you print, so I just keep taking them. Here are a few of our latest! Life is about the same here in Ankeny. Jordan is working hard in school, scouts, and his job. Brynlee and I are finally working out a balance of sleep and my going to work. We're here and there on the sleep thing lately. She just spoiled us for too long! Its hard to adjust to her being awake now and again at night. She's 100% worth it though! She is such a sweetie! Its amazing how mobile she is getting. You can't expect her to stay in one spot. I set her in her carseat in the living room while I was making dinner with some toys (obviously not strapped in). She was in my periphery, but I must have been too into cutting up my potatoes. When I looked over she was completely out and a good two rolls away from her carseat. She's definitely a goer!

Brynlee got to eat rice cereal for the first time a few days ago. She loves it!

We had Brynlee's 4 month check this week. She is 12lbs 5 oz and 25 in long. That puts her in the 17th percentile for weight and 70th for length. She continues to be our tall skinny little thing.

For the sake of my mom....heres finally some new pictures! We're finally kind of getting into a new routine with work, school, work, sleep, etc. We sure do have a fun cute baby! She's been rolling and keeping us on our toes!
